Position: Chore Worker
About: New Opportunities Inc., a community action agency serving Waterbury, Meriden, Torrington, and 27 surrounding Connecticut towns, is seeking a Chore Worker. The agency offers social service programs aimed at poverty elimination and assisting individuals in need, with offices in Waterbury, Meriden, Torrington, Danbury, and Thomaston. New Opportunities Inc. is dedicated to improving the quality of life for economically disadvantaged individuals through empowerment and self-improvement initiatives.
Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning and/or yard work; Knowledge of the greater Waterbury area desired; Must have a valid CT driver’s license, required auto insurance, and access to privately owned reliable transportation
