Position: Child Wrangler
About: Rail Events Productions, part of the Run Crew division, is seeking a dedicated and organized Child Wrangler to join their team. The Child Wrangler will play a pivotal role in coordinating the activities of child actors during rehearsals, tech, and performances, ensuring their safety and scheduling logistics are managed effectively on and off stage. This position requires adherence to entertainment labor laws, close coordination with parents, and meticulous record-keeping specific to child actors.
Requirements: Experience working with children in a theatrical setting; Comfortable enforcing minor entertainment labor laws; Effective communication skills with both minors and parents; Ability to collaborate with production staff in a dynamic environment; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Self-motivated and detail-oriented; Excellent oral and written communication skills
