Position: Child Nutrition Cashier
About: Basic supervision Cashier role in a school district assisting students with meals, preparing food service areas, maintaining kitchen and cafeteria sanitation, and ensuring food selection and purchase.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; some previous food service cashiering experience; knowledge of appropriate food handling methods, district food service policies, sanitation standards, food preparation, food service equipment, and USDA regulations; skill in calculating payments, cash handling, effective communication, establishing working relationships, and operating computer software.
