Position: Chief Human Resources Officer
About: Join our team at The Arc Western Montana as the Chief Human Resources Officer, a critical member of both the Executive Team and Human Resources function, guiding and managing services, policies, and programs for the organization while leading a team of three. The position is located at The Arc Western Montana and the Missoula Community.
Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; Minimum of four years’ human resources management and supervisory experience; Proficiency in HRIS and other computer programs; Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. Certificates or Licenses: PHR or SHRM certification is strongly preferred.
