Position: Chief Front Desk Clerk- Full Time (Flamingo LV)
About: Provides excellent customer service to guests when registering or checking out. Coordinates required Front Desk responsibilities to ensure accurate guest registration. Coordinates with Hotel Training Manager to train new hire desk clerks. Complete necessary daily reports in a timely manner. Assists Front Desk employees with questions or problems that may arise. Supports the Hotel Manager. Provides positive comments to employees as well as corrective comments to negative actions. Maintains daily break schedule. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies. Secondary Job Functions: Completes duties as assigned, acts as a role model always presenting oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all company policies, regulatory and state/federal laws.
Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred; Experience: Minimum one-year customer service experience required, prior supervisory experience preferred. Previous Hotel, Room Reservations, and/or PBX experience would be a plus. 4-year college degree preferred; Abilities: Must possess excellent oral and communication skills. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must be able to work any day of the week any shift.
