Position: Chief Executive Officer
About: Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to join Vibra Specialty Hospital of Portland, a 65-bed Critical Care Hospital located in Portland, Oregon. This hospital provides acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, specializing in medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. The work environment is fast-paced and friendly, offering personal connections with patients and their families.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum three (3) years experience in healthcare administration/management with operations, HR, and finance experience; knowledge of regulatory requirements; success in staff recruitment and development; current driver’s license; ability to travel using public transportation. Master’s degree in healthcare field preferred; strong business development and relationship building skills; professional image projection; knowledge of regulatory standards; strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to make independent decisions; working knowledge of relevant software applications; clean drug and alcohol record at the workplace.
