Requirements: High-level overview of core responsibilities includes: Develop and Execute a Strategic Business Attraction and Retention Program; Leadership of Valley’s Economic Development Mission; Resource Development; Partnership and Alliance Building; Organizational and Cultural Leadership; Partnership with Government; Reporting and Communications. The ideal candidate will have regional or large metro economic development experience. Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) designation preferred. Qualities include proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, knowledge of economic development and government relations, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
