Position: Chief Executive Officer
About: Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs is seeking a CEO to provide strategic and visionary leadership to their family of organizations, including Downtown Partnership (a 501(c)4 nonprofit), Downtown Ventures (a 501(c)3 nonprofit), the Greater Downtown Colorado Springs Business Improvement District, and the Colorado Springs Downtown Development Authority. Downtown Colorado Springs is undergoing a renaissance with significant investments and new attractions, making it a vibrant and dynamic area in Southern Colorado.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of executive leadership experience; ability to prioritize critical tasks; experience in economic development, nonprofit management, fundraising, and project administration; demonstrated effective collaboration with boards of directors, business owners, volunteers, and governmental agencies
