Position: Chief Engineer
About: Courtyard Savannah Midtown in Savannah, Georgia, is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Property Operations and Engineering Manager. The role involves managing all engineering and maintenance operations, overseeing the building, grounds, and physical plant, ensuring safety, security, and asset protection, managing budgets and capital projects, and leading the emergency response team for facility issues.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in engineering and maintenance or related field; technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing. OR 2-year degree in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 2 years experience in engineering and maintenance or related field; technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing. Supervisory experience preferred.
