Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred; Minimum of 7-10 years of nonprofit fundraising experience with 5 years in senior leadership; Proven track record in achieving fundraising targets and revenue scaling; Strong communication skills; Knowledge in planned giving, grant writing, digital strategies, and marketing; Visionary leadership, strategic thinking, donor-centric approach, data-driven insights, collaborative team leadership
