Position: Chief Credit Officer
About: Builders Capital, the nation’s largest private construction lender, offers innovative financing solutions to a broad spectrum of developers and homebuilders. They provide options for Acquisition, Development, Construction, and Bridge financing in various forms, including single-asset loans, portfolio loans, and revolving credit facilities.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or MBA are a plus. Proven experience in a senior credit role within the lending or financial services industry. Extensive knowledge of credit trends, economic factors, and lending regulations in the private construction lending industry. Leadership, communication, negotiation, and strong analytical skills. Ability to develop long-term credit strategies, manage credit teams, and mitigate risks effectively.
