Position: Chief Communications Officer
About: The Chief Communications Officer (CCO) position is responsible for providing strategic leadership in developing and maintaining proactive planning and communication to support district initiatives that enhance student achievement. The CCO coordinates, analyzes, and evaluates complex ideas and situations to communicate effectively in a clear and understandable manner, as well as advising on interpersonal, intercultural, and public speaking aspects.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred; Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications and public relations campaign management, including proficient use of social media preferred; Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience preferred; Public education experience preferred
