Position: Chickie’s & Pete’s Food Server
About: Meruelo Group is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking beverage orders, delivering orders with high standards, preparing tableside items, explaining the menu to guests, and ensuring exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements: Minimum 21 years of age; previous restaurant experience preferred; adept at dealing tactfully with customers and co-workers; proficient in English language for communication and documentation; excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills; flexible availability including holidays, nights, and weekends; dedicated to meeting client expectations; respectful, cooperative, and collaborative team player; able to work under pressure in a casino environment; physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and moving up to 25 pounds; vision and hearing acuity required for the job role.
