Position: Chicken Guy! – Prep Cook
About: Food preparation and cook positions are responsible for executing recipes and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure excellent food quality and a great guest experience. These positions are also responsible for ensuring a sanitary work area at all times, setting up stations, properly storing and labeling products, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and fresh, handling allergies or special requests correctly, and interacting positively and at a fast pace. Cross-training may be required for maximum staffing flexibility and team member development. Requirements: Previous experience in a busy kitchen preferred, but not necessary; ability to follow written and verbal procedures; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic and warm manner towards guests and co-workers; ability to read and understand recipes; able to work in a high energy fast-paced environment
