Position: Chicken Guy! – Prep Cook
About: Food preparation and cook positions are responsible for executing recipes and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure excellent food quality and a great guest experience. These positions also are responsible for ensuring a sanitary work area at all times, setting up stations and properly storing and labeling product, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and fresh, ensuring any allergies or special requests are handled correctly, and interacting in a positive and fast-paced manner. Some or all positions may be cross-trained to ensure maximum flexibility in staffing, team member development, and restaurant efficiencies.
Requirements: Previous experience in a busy kitchen preferred, but not necessary; Ability to follow written and verbal procedures; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic and warm manner towards guests and co-workers; Ability to read and understand recipes; Able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
