Position: Chicken Guy! – Greeter
About: The purpose of this position is to ensure all guests feel welcome and have a positive first impression of the brand and the restaurant. The greeter is responsible for managing the lines as guests wait to order, welcoming all guests to the restaurant, helping them navigate the menu, and answering any initial questions they may have. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic and warm manner towards guests and co-workers; Ability to communicate in English to guests and respond to their questions; Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment; Previous experience in a guest or customer-facing position preferred, but not necessary
