Position: Chicken Guy! – Expo
About: The Expo is responsible for monitoring orders and their flow from the cashiers to the line cooks and then to the food runners. This position is responsible for gathering all items on the check from the culinary team once they are prepared, ensuring that the order is complete, and that it is prepared to spec before being handed to the guest.
Requirements: Previous experience in a guest or customer facing position preferred, but not necessary; Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic, warm, and attentive manner towards guests and co-workers; Excellent communication skills, including reading order tickets, in order to interact effectively with guests and coworkers and ensure order accuracy. Able to identify if there is a problem with the flow of the line, then identify and communicate the issue; Excellent organizational skills and ability to ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders
