About: Driver on Demand is the largest provider of outsourced, on-demand drivers to the automotive industry in the United States. They focus on the dealer’s customer and brand representation, with a nationwide performance record and years of experience in adapting to different dealer, auto group, and OEM processes.
Requirements: Valid in-state driver’s license required; independent contractor position (1099); motor vehicle report with a clean driving record; able to pass a drug test; own an iPhone with iOS 13+ or Android with 11+ operating system; has had a valid driver’s license for 5+ years; must be tech-savvy (navigate while using an app); ability to sit/drive for up to 8 hours consecutively; a positive, reliable person who is trustworthy and takes pride in their work; excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients; time management and organizational skills to keep track of trips and stay on schedule
