Position: CHG – Special Events – Coordinator

About: Circa Hospitality Group, located at 8 Fremont Street Experience, Las Vegas, NV 89101, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Special Events Coordinator to join their team. This role involves assisting in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events across multiple properties each month in collaboration with different departments to ensure seamless management and completion of tasks.

Requirements: High school education; detail-oriented with the ability to multitask; knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong teamwork skills; excellent communication and grammar skills; ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment; 21 years of age or older; willingness to work weekends and holidays; casino experience (preferred); bachelor’s degree (preferred); obtain and maintain all necessary work cards as required by the Company and State of Nevada
