About: HMSHost, a leading provider of food and beverage services for travelers, is seeking a Host/Hostess to join their team at Phoenix Airport. The Host/Hostess will play a vital role in greeting and seating guests, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting restaurant operations under the guidance of the Store Manager at this airport location.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service and cash handling experience preferred; excellent organization skills; ability to interact positively with the public and coworkers; physical ability to stand, bend, and twist as needed for job functions; strong communication skills for customer interaction and following instructions.
