Requirements: Formal culinary training and two years of chef experience or equivalent kitchen work experience; one year of leadership, managerial, or related experience; basic math skills and accurate inventory counting ability; positive attitude; strong food and beer knowledge or willingness to learn; possession or ability to obtain a food handlers permit; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; stamina to stand for extended periods; experience in high-volume environments preferred; weekend availability; passion for serving guests and leading a team
