Position: Chef Manager
About: Aramark Healthcare is seeking candidates for a Chef Manager position at BROWNHealth Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. The Chef Manager is responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Oversees and manages culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards, applying culinary techniques to food preparation.
Requirements: Requires at least 5 years’ experience in a culinary management role; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Healthcare experience preferred; Culinary Arts degree desired; SERV Safe certification or HACCP knowledge required; Experience with production systems is preferred; NOTE: This client location requires all individuals working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the start date as well as (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu).
