Position: Chef Manager

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience supervising kitchen, food service, and dining room operations in a full-service restaurant; Current ServSafe certification; Proven ability in budget management, staff supervision, and compliance with health and safety regulations; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
