Requirements: Two to three years’ experience supervising kitchen, food service, and dining room operations in a full-service restaurant; minimum two to three years volume cooking experience; current ServSafe certification; ability to manage food and labor budgets; proficiency in basic computer skills; availability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
