About: OTG Concessions Management, LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, are seeking a Multi-Unit Head Chef to join their team at EWR Airport (Newark) and be part of a leading hospitality organization. OTG has redefined the hospitality industry with over 300 dining and retail locations in 11 airports, catering to millions of travelers annually. As a dynamic and innovative leader, the Multi-Unit Head Chef will work closely with world-class chef partners to deliver exceptional dining experiences across multiple establishments at EWR Airport.
Requirements: Degree from an accredited culinary institution; Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef; National, Unionized, Multi-Unit experience; Sound knowledge of FDA and/or major US metropolitan city health code adherence; Highly developed culinary expertise in various cuisines; Solid leadership experience in full-service and quick-service restaurant environments; Expertise in food costing, menu planning, inventory management, and procurement; Strong communication skills and computer proficiency; Ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate and solve problems, uphold ethical standards, and work collaboratively in diverse settings
