About: A restaurant opening soon in Oxford at the Quarry Walk, featuring two dueling pizza ovens, two floors, two bars, and amazing outdoor seating. The concept will offer a wide range of pizzas with a mix of New Haven and Neapolitan dough, traditional and modern ingredients, as well as a small menu of entrees, shareable appetizers, and salads. They are looking for an experienced and creative Chef who can maintain quality, lead a team effectively, and ensure a successful kitchen operation.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook; hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment; advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques; leadership skills; ability to remain calm under pressure; excellent time management abilities; up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes; familiarity with sanitation regulations; culinary school diploma preferred
