Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience as a cook, or equivalent combination of education and food preparation experience. Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, move about the kitchen, handle food and utensils, and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling. Strong communication, mathematical, and organizational skills, alcohol awareness certification, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
