About: Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join their talented culinary team at the Palm Beach Island’s only Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort, known for its timeless and charming ambiance connected to a private beachfront. The resort boasts Florie’s, the only restaurant and bar in the U.S. in partnership with Mauro Colagreco.
Requirements: Three to five years of cooking experience within the high-end hotel/resort restaurant industry; culinary degree and Food & Beverage background; working knowledge of kitchen equipment and operations
