Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience as a line cook in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment; ability to stand or walk a minimum of an eight-hour shift; mobility for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs; schedule flexibility; basic math and critical thinking skills for following prep work and recipe needs; comfortable in various hospitality environments
