Requirements: College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience required; three to five years of previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage departments; proficiency in English language; ability to work all shifts including AM’s, PM’s, weekends, and holidays; capability to lift, push, pull, and carry food items; experience in supervising kitchen employees and kitchen production areas; flexibility with varying work hours as needed
