Position: Chef de Partie

About: Royal Oaks Country Club is seeking a dedicated individual to join as an Assistant to the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef. The role involves assisting in food production for all food outlets, banquet events, and other functions at the club while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and sanitation as set by the Executive Chef. Occasional interaction with members and guests during special events is part of the job responsibilities.

Requirements: Ability to keep information confidential; possess an outgoing personality; honesty and integrity; courteous, tactful, and respectful demeanor; effective communication skills; good supervisory skills; punctuality; teamwork ability; understanding and adherence to rules and directions; physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform various tasks for up to eight hours daily; hands-on work with objects and tools; clear vision and hearing for effective communication; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move independently around the clubhouse.
