Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in culinary or kitchen operations preferred; ability to direct and supervise team members, communicate effectively, and maintain a clean and organized work area; knowledge of food and labor cost control, cooking techniques, and safety standards; adherence to hotel policies and procedures
