Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary degree or certification preferred; 2-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with specific station experience; Strong culinary skills; Excellent knife skills; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational and time management skills; Attention to detail and commitment to quality; Good communication and teamwork skills; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
