Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary degree or certification preferred; 2-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with expertise in the designated station; Strong culinary skills; Excellent knife skills; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Ability to work efficiently under pressure; Organizational and time management skills; Attention to detail; Good communication and teamwork abilities; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
