Requirements: Completion of a culinary or cook apprenticeship program preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in an upscale or high-volume kitchen; strong knowledge of kitchen processes, equipment, and safety protocols; ability to delegate tasks effectively and step into leadership roles when necessary; experience managing food and labor costs; strong decision-making and leadership skills; adaptability to high-traffic, high-pressure kitchen environments
