About: Brucato Amaro is an independently owned and operated spirits company based in San Francisco. They believe in creating expressions of amaro rooted in traditional Italian methods but inspired by regional landscapes, sourcing ingredients from local producers. The company is dedicated to creativity and exploration, developing new releases of amaros, aperitifs, and gins. Brucato Amaro will be launching Bar Brucato, a craft cocktail bar and restaurant at their flagship distillery in the Mission district, continuing their commitment to community engagement and product excellence.
Requirements: Positive attitude; open mind; great communication skills; minimum 2 years of industry experience (willing to consider otherwise qualified candidates); passion for hospitality and excellence in service; Servsafe certified; able to work a set regular schedule; flexible with scheduling; able to lift over 50 lbs; able to work on feet for hours at a time
