About: The Newbury Boston at One Newbury Street in Boston is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join their team. The hotel, originally opened in 1927 as one of the first Ritz-Carlton hotels in the U.S. and most recently was the Taj Boston, has been transformed into a 286-room luxury hotel with stunning event spaces and dining experiences.
Requirements: 2 years of Sous Chef Level experience in a luxury hotel required; 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; Culinary degree required; Banquet experience preferred; Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, and liquor laws and regulations.
