About: Sunda Detroit, located in District Detroit near the Theater District, is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join their incredible culinary team. The restaurant takes classic, culturally important dishes from the region and modernizes them, creating a new tasting experience while retaining the original spirit.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive experience in culinary arts and kitchen management; ability to plan menus, design plating presentations, coordinate kitchen staff, and oversee hiring and training; proficient in stocktaking, inventory management, and ordering; strong leadership and communication skills
