Position: Chef de Cuisine – Sunda Detroit
About: Sunda Detroit, located in District Detroit near the Theater District, is looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join their culinary team. The restaurant takes classic culturally important dishes from the region and modernizes them with upgraded ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentations to provide a unique tasting experience while honoring the traditional roots of the original dishes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive experience in culinary arts and kitchen management; ability to plan menus, design plating presentations, coordinate kitchen staff, and manage inventory and ordering processes; experience in hiring, training, and supervising kitchen staff
