Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine (or comparable role) in a high-volume ($6M+) full-service upscale or fine dining restaurant; preference for candidates with a genuine passion for Italian cooking and the grit to take ownership; expertise in executing house staples and crafting daily changing menus that highlight local, seasonal ingredients; outgoing personality with a positive attitude, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with the restaurant’s culture
