Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or formal apprenticeship program; valid Food and Safety certification; minimum of 5 years culinary experience leading a team; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and partnering abilities; demonstrated talent in developing diverse teams; advanced cooking skills; ability to innovate culinary experiences and drive effectiveness; flexible schedule availability for variable shifts and rapid changes
