Position: Chef De Cuisine/ Kitchen Manager
About: Olio Italian is an upscale, chic Italian restaurant featuring fresh pasta made daily, sommelier-selected wines, traditional Italian entrees, and a classically trained chef. The restaurant offers an intimate dining room, signature cocktails, craft beers on tap, a private dining room, and an outdoor patio.
Requirements: Previous kitchen management and/or Sous Chef experience for a minimum of 1 year in an Italian restaurant; Previous experience in fine dining restaurant; Preferred experience with homemade pasta and sauces; Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field; Available to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work with minimal supervision; Must be at least 21 years of age; Serve Safe Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment; Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds; Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours); Ability to work in a faced-paced, high-stress environment, while still delivering on promises to guests, ensuring a team-focused environment.
