Position: Chef de Cuisine – Copper & Kings

Requirements: A minimum of 4 years’ kitchen experience in a similar capacity as sous chef or chef; clear and effective communication skills; strong events and banquet background; culinary education preferred; attention to detail and high-pressure problem-solving skills; flexibility to work varied schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficient computer skills; knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; proficient technical skillset including knives, butchery, charcuterie, garde manger; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work in a standing position for extended periods; acquire and maintain a food handler permit within 14 days of onboarding; ability to work in varied physical work environments and conditions including outdoors/indoors, warm/cold climates, high places, wet surfaces, exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals, mechanical parts, and lift truck traffic; must be at least 21 years of age.
