Position: Chef de Cuisine

About: Devita Hancock Hospitality is seeking a passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen at a wine bar in Clinton Hill. The ideal candidate should have management experience in esteemed establishments in New York City and be eager to contribute to a successful and growing restaurant group aiming to influence New York City’s dining scene. The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all kitchen operations, including food program management, menu development, staff recruitment and training, inventory control, financial planning and execution, budgeting, and related administrative/HR functions within the restaurant’s food program.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous management experience in similar esteemed establishments in New York City; strong leadership, organizational, and financial acumen; adept at menu development and staff management; excellent communication and problem-solving skills
