Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: Hyatt, an upscale hotel located in Atlanta’s sought-after neighborhood of Buckhead, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef de Cuisine to manage its rooftop operation including Tesserae, IRD, and Pool. The hotel boasts luxurious amenities, including a fitness center, acclaimed restaurants, and event spaces, offering a refined experience to its guests and patrons. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the Executive Chef and other culinary leaders to create and implement menus and concepts that resonate with the hotel’s upscale clientele and global travelers.
Requirements: In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations; strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills; experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service; proficient in general computer knowledge; a true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment; capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner; culinary education and/or on-the-job training, independent restaurant experience is preferred; geographic and schedule flexibility preferred
