Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: Philo Ridge Farm is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) working demonstration farm located in Vermont’s Champlain Valley. Our mission is to promote organic regenerative agriculture through hands-on research, education, and community engagement. We provide opportunities for farmers, students, and the public to explore sustainable farming practices. Our culinary program is inspired by seasonal changes and a belief in fresh, local, simple, and delicious food. We raise heritage animal breeds, cultivate unique vegetable varieties, and forage for ingredients in our fields and woods. Philo Ridge Farm is looking for an energetic, experienced, and motivated Chef de Cuisine (CDC) to lead our kitchen team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; knowledge of sustainable and farm-to-table practices; ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing culinary environment
