Position: CHEF – BANQUETS
About: Hard Rock International is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Kitchen Manager at the Hard Rock Casino. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for meal planning, procurement, production, and supervision of kitchen personnel, ensuring the highest quality food product is presented to guests in line with Hard Rock Casino’s standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a certified food service program, apprenticeship, culinary school, or equivalent; 5 years experience as Banquet Chef or in a 4-star or 5-star establishment with sizable conference and banqueting facilities; previous supervisory experience; knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, food safety regulations, kitchen operations, and financials
