Position: Chef Banquets

About: Rivers Casino is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Culinary Manager to oversee daily culinary operations in Banquets, Commissary, and the Team Member Dining Room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing menus for banquets, special events, and customer site visits/tastings.

Requirements: Accredited degree or certification in culinary arts, hospitality, or catering preferred; 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage culinary management or a combination of the two preferred; outstanding interpersonal communications skills; ability to work under pressure; Serv-Safe certification required within 120 days of employment; detail-oriented; computer literate in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications; flexible availability including holidays; ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing
