About: The Checker position at a retail establishment is responsible for guest relations and satisfaction, performing various front-end courtesy duties, and ensuring a clean and organized checkout process. Requirements: Must maintain Alcohol Seller/Server Certification; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, lifting, walking, and climbing; Proficiency in operating checkout equipment, handling money, and providing change; Strong physical ability to lift items up to 40 lbs. and place items weighing up to 80 lbs. in vehicles; Willingness to receive coaching on performance, work habits, and behavior; Team player with good interpersonal skills
