Position: Charlie Palmer Food Server
About: The Grand Sierra is looking for energetic and customer service minded individuals to join the Food and Beverage team at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse. The Food Server guarantees guests are served in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner ensuring total guest satisfaction. The role involves providing prompt, courteous, and team-minded service throughout the entire restaurant while adhering to all Grand Sierra Resort standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to deal with customers and co-workers tactfully and respectfully; excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills; flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends; must be 21 years of age; previous restaurant experience preferred
